Allows Pixel Game Maker MV developers to open a specified web page during runtime. The URL will open in the user's default browser as either a new tab or a new window depending on if they have the browser open at the time this plugin is ran.
Install Instructions
1. Open Plug-ins tab in editor
2. Right click inside the Plug-ins List and select "Import plugin".
3. Open the file "[SE]Open URL.pgmexport".
